Working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating to the public are becoming more and more important parts of academic life. But for talking to diverse groups of people, it can be hard to find a common language and communication style.
After this interactive online workshop, participants will:
- Identify their natural working & communication tendencies
- Understand these tendencies and the other tendencies in the framework
- Be able to recognize the behavioral preferences of others
- Be able to engage others using appropriate language and behaviors
This workshop will be helpful to researchers who want to collaborate on interdisciplinary projects as well as researchers who want to be more effective in their research groups and in communicating to wider audiences.
HRA’s Project for Research Communication: This event is part of a larger research communication project which is funded by the Claussen-Simon-Stiftung.
The workshop is open to all users of the Hamburg Research Academy, participation is free of charge. Please register here.
