Vegetarian and vegan options are available and clearly marked at our catering spots. We use local producers as well as regional and seasonal products when possible. All fruits offered at the conference catering spots come straight from the fruit growing area 'Altes Land'. We only offer fair trade coffee and tea. The event industry is widely known to be one of the heavyweights in waste production. We made efforts to minimize and possibly remove one-way packaging and single use tablewear from our event.
