BMBF-Research Project MARE - Multiliteracy as a Labour Market Resource
The MARE research program aims to develop empirical knowledge about multiliteracy as a labor market resource in educational biographies. Multiliteracy represents a multidimensional construct of literacy skills that is functional for structural integration. MARE investigates multiliteracy as a multidimensional competence, its empirical measurement, contextual conditions, and its role as a labor market resource. The analyses are based on existing large-scale datasets of the studies "Multilingual development: a longitudinal perspective" (MEZ, MEZ-2) and the "National Educational Panel Study" (NEPS).
